MISSION: The Barry County Great Start Parent Coalition will advocate on behalf of children and families to enhance investment in Early Childhood.
The Barry County Great Start Parent Coalition (GSPC) is a group made up of parents, grandparents, and caregivers of young children in Barry County. Our purpose is to increase parent participation in early childhood planning and decision-making for our county. While being an advocate for our children, parents will also learn leadership skills and how to become a voice for our young children.The coalition meets the second Wednesday of each month at the First Presbyterian Church in Hastings. Dinner and childcare will be provided.
